I’ve been visiting this service for therapy since 2021, and I appreciate coming here especially when this location is really near where I live. My therapist, Talayna (if I’m allowed to say her name) has been amazing in being authentic and helpful through anything I want to talk about. She was able to offer me options to cope with everything and opportunities to let me continue to do so outside of the sessions. I’m so grateful and honored to have her as my therapist.

I have had a fantastic experience with ICS. I have been able to meet them on a convenient time schedule from the comfort of my home, and still have excellent care given to me. My therapist is very friendly, and my sessions feel like a productive conversation, rather than "scripted medical jargon" in response to my talking points. I would highly recommend therapy with ICS, or at least trying them out if you are looking for a fulfilling therapy experience.

Don’t go here if you are autistic, the therapists are under qualified to assist autistic adults. I tried to advocate for myself in a session calmly and my therapist said I was “aggressive” when there are serious implications behind saying that about an autistic person especially if this person is a professional. They also ONLY offer CBT but do not disclose that anywhere on their website or services. You will be forced to comply with their CBT therapy and if you don’t, they kick you out and traumatize you further. Avoid this place like the plague.
