For the last 25 years I’ve been trying to find a therapist to help with anxiety, depression and PTSD issues. When I met Alexandria for the first time, I knew I had finally found the right person. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. My past experiences with therapy were all very similar in that I was told I had imbalances and to take certain medications. This approach felt very passive with a simple solution. Alexandria was different, she wanted to help me by deep diving why I felt the way I did. She has provided me with great tools/techniques to navigate my challenges, and helped me see things in a different light. She has truly helped me in so many ways and I recommend her highly to anyone that is looking to improve their quality of life.

I have tried therapy twice before and after those experiences I swore to myself I would go again. Well sometimes life comes at you harder then you can handle on your own and you need to seek help. Giving it another try was the best decision I ever made for myself. After the very first meeting with Alexandria I felt heard, and genuinely cared for. I knew I could trust her and that has only grown since. Having someone I can talk to that so clearly interested in my personal growth has been a rock. I wish I could give her more than five stars. She has earned every one of them.
