Hershey Dental Associates

If you are one of those people who dread going to the dentist, this is the practice for you!! I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. Everyone is warm and welcoming. When I leave my teeth and gums feel great, never sore! I never feel as though I am being rushed out the door. They listen to any dental concerns you have and advise you accordingly. The exam room atmosphere is relaxing and you are made to feel comfortable. I was worried about having to find a new dentist when my husband & I moved just over two years ago, but fortunately our old dentist where we used to live suggested Dr. Ryan Buehner at Hershey Dental associates. Who by the way just happens to be Dr. Buehner's father. Thank goodness the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree!

I recently had to have a more involved procedure performed and I cannot thank Dr DiNicola and his assistant Sabrina enough for shepherding me through. Their professionalism, patience and caring for my well being were exemplary. From the moment I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk, until I left, I did not feel like just another number. They have gained a patient for life, as I will be bringing friends and family to their location. Thank you again!

Today I contacted Hershey Dental Associates because my 6 year old daughter was experiencing tooth pain. I did not wish to take her back to her previous dentist, where she had been seen only once, because the dentist was rude and the practice would not allow me to accompany my daughter to the treatment room. Dr. Buehner was highly recommended by a friend. I called and explained the problem and asked if they would see her and could they accept her insurance. The staff was friendly and managed to squeeze her in within the hour that I called even though she was a new patient. They confirmed that her insurance was accepted. I contacted my insurance company to double check. A complete battle with the insurance company followed during which I obnoxiously called Hershey Dental Associates several times. They stayed patient and friendly. When finally I lost the battle with the insurance company they still agreed to see my daughter FREE OF CHARGE! The appointment was professional and friendly. They took extra care with my daughter and were extremely friendly and accommodating. They encouraged her in a way a child in pain seeing a dentist needs. And they did all of this out of the goodness of their hearts. I cannot begin to express my thanks to them. They are a wonderful dentists office and I would highly recommend them to anyone especially parents with children.
