I've had the pleasure of receiving treatment from both Mike Como and Sophia at Primary Prevention Center , and I can't say enough good things about them. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I've had two acupuncture sessions so far to help with my migraines, and the results have been truly impressive. After struggling with persistent headaches, I finally feel like I'm getting real relief. The care and attention they provide make all the difference — I always feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their hands. Mike and PPC helped me so much! I was sick for 6 months and no one could figure out what was wrong with me and he did! Everyone is so so accommodating and helpful. Amazing supplemental health programs like exercise and cooking classes too. Highly highly recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing. Dr Michael Como is so knowledgeable and helpful. Took his time, explained everything provided lots of information and followed up my new favorite place for functional medicine. I have visited multiple functional medicine practitioners in the past and it has always been about selling me more services that I just don’t need Michaels. Absolutely amazing. I’m truly so grateful to have found this place!!! I’ve gone to different doctors, specialists, holistic drs, and naturopaths over the years seeking someone who could look at health in the full picture approach and not just the symptom management approach. I’ve dealt with gut issues for over 12 years with the only answer being Prilosec, which I don’t want to be on for the rest of my life. I recently was at such a frustrated point and happened to find this place and called. Michael answered and took the time to actually engage with me as a human. Everything he was saying was totally in alignment with my beliefs about health and it was incredibly refreshing to hear him talk about gut health and the connectedness of the whole person. I went in for a session which was literally the insurance copay of a regular PCP apt (which is truly amazing if you guys have tried finding something like this on regular insurance - it’s next to impossible, trust me I’ve been around the block 😂). I got more help in this hour apt (especially for my gut/ chronic gastritis) than I have in over 12 years of different doctors and specialist offices. I even started the NAD which is great and got the acupuncture session, which was also amazing. I feel like I struck gold. I already told everyone I know lol and felt so light after my apt. Definitely recommend!

I have had the opportunity to make use of services provided by the Primary Prevention Center on several occasions and have been extremely satisfied. After an initial introduction and tour of the facilities, I met with Natalie, the center's dietician with the goal of learning to make better nutrition choices. I have had both in person and virtual appointments. Natalie is extremely knowledgable and has provided me with valuable information. She is personable and takes the time to make sure that I have a thorough understanding of the material presented. With Natalie's assistance I have improved my dietary choices and have even lost weight! In addition, cooking classes are provided. Suffering from dehydration, I was able to receive an intravenous infusion from Michael, the center's owner/medical director. He possesses the skills necessary to make the IV process extremely smooth. During the infusion, Michael spent time addressing any concerns that I had and provided follow up recommendations. He has checked several times on my progress. Michael is very knowledgeable on a wide array of topics relating to assisting individuals in achieving their best health and is very passionate in this endeavor. Other options are available at the Primary Prevention Center and I will have no hesitation making use of them. It is without hesitation that I recommend Primary Prevention Center to anyone seeking to improve and maintain their health
