Manager was able to help with a customer service concern. Appointment pending for Thursday, will update more based on experience at the spa. UPDATE: After a rough initial customer service experience, the manager was able to resolve my concern and take care of then customer. For those not aware be careful of the scheduling process and expiration of gift cards. When I arrived for services the receptionist at the desk was courtesy and took us right the salt cave which was an appropriate temperature with the heat outdoors. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Booked a Private Event and it was amazing. Relaxing and chill but still a wonderful eventing of pampering. The salt cave was an amazing spot to chill before the massages and red light therapy. Casey the owner was so welcoming and kind! I’ll be back soon for more red light therapy and to try other services!

I celebrated my 34th with a spa weekend getaway. It was so incredibly relaxing. I got to experience the many different spa treatments at both spa locations (Middletown/Providence) including the beautiful Himalayan salt cave & the Amethyst crystal cave. I paid for an extra experience of a sound bath, & it was the most emotional, & incredibly spiritual experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this spa 10/10 if you’re ever in Rhode Island (both locations). You will NOT be disappointed. The owner Casey is down to earth, super friendly & all around and humble women who helps to make this wonderful experience that much more wholesome.
