Palmetto Bone and Joint

Where do I began, I have lived in a few cities and have been to many doctors office and by far this is the worst one. I had a scheduled appointment, and they called me within a 10 minute period and rescheduled my appointment twice. The second time they called I asked the scheduler a few questions, because I wanted to know what was going on. The lady responded back to my questions by YELLING AT ME, AND HANGING UP IN MY FACE. I called back the next day during normal business hours to speak to the office manager (Vicky), and not one of my phone calls were answered, but I called back from a different number, and got through. I asked to speak to Vicky and I was told that she was listening, so I again asked to speak to her and I was again told that she was listening. I have never in my life have had such poor customer service. I was told that I was not allowed to come back to their practice, which was fine by me, because I wouldn't go back to any place that would treat there patients in such a manner as they did. The doctor seems to be a good doctor, but the fact that he allows his staff to treat his patients that way is just unacceptable. If you care about good customer service this would NOT be the place for you. They are the worst office staff I have ever accountered.

I suffered for 10 years with the excruciating pain in my knees. Visited 4 different surgeons, only to be told I weighed too much to get my knees replaced. I finally took some great advice & decided to see Dr. Loging. This was the best thing I've ever done! In July, 2023 & December 20, 2023, Dr. Loging replaced both my knees! I did great! Of course there was pain, but they helped me with meds & care at home. Now I'm in very little pain. I'm going more places than I've been in 10 years! Thank God for Dr. Loging & Newberry Hospital! You guys are a blessing! Don't give up, call Dr. Loging at Palmetto Bone & Joint! ❣️

Dr Gundu is the best!! He did injections that were successful after a couple bad experiences elsewhere. The only reason I didn’t give 5 is that I never received a bill from the office and got a $50 bill from the collection agency instead. So some how I did not get billed but it was sent to a collection agency to mess up my credit. Every one was nice, no ling waits. Very considerate and compassionate about my pain.
