I don’t usually write reviews, and it took a lot for me to write my original one after trying for months to resolve issues directly with the office. At the time, I was very critical of both Ariel Cepero, NP, and the practice due to repeated challenges with scheduling, communication, and my care. My concerns weren’t being addressed, and I felt dismissed and unheard. Since then, the office manager had personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and helped coordinate my care. With their support, Ariel had completely changed his approach—he became collaborative, supportive, and professional. My appointments are now and since have been productive, my concerns are addressed promptly, and I feel genuinely cared for. Both the provider and the practice have clearly committed to improvement. I am grateful for their responsiveness and the changes they’ve made, and I now confidently recommend Future Psych Solutions to anyone seeking thoughtful, attentive care.

I have been in the process of trying to start Spravato treatments for going on 4 months now, and I am either getting the runaround from everyone I speak to at this location, or I am just not receiving information at all. Every time I call for an update, there is some new issue that “might take longer to resolve”. I’ve been working on this since November 2025 and no headway has been made. I called and spoke with Kaitlyn today at around 10am and was assured I would receive a call back. At 4:50pm, I never got a call back, so I called to follow up on this and have had to, once again, leave a voicemail that I am almost positive at this point will not be returned. This isn’t even including the 2 weeks I spent calling and leaving messages at the beginning of the month, which got so frustrating that I went to the office and still wasn’t given any meaningful answers. For an establishment that is geared towards individuals struggling with their mental health, I dealing with this has made my mental health worse. This was my last ditch effort to get myself managed, and it’s looking more and more like unless it’s self pay and not going through insurance, there is no urgency in getting back to patients so that they can work towards taking their lives back. I would love to change this review, but it seems like, much like many others leaving less than stellar reviews, no one here really cares about anything other than getting paid. It’s incredibly frustrating being vulnerable and seeking care after nothing else has worked and advocating for myself just to continue getting ignored or told there are insurance hold ups, when my insurance company has told the opposite of what this place tells me every single time I call. If I am wasting my time, someone who works here just needs to be transparent and say that before a crisis happens so I can try to find care elsewhere. This has been the worst experience I have had with any care clinic, and I haven’t even been seen or treated yet. People do not seek mental healthcare because it isn’t vital to their wellbeing, people seek mental healthcare because they NEED the help. To continuously get yanked around trying to get care is unethical and defeating.

I am a PA student and I had the opportunity to complete my Behavioral Medicine rotation at Future Psych Solutions with Dr. Don DuBose. The entire rotation was such a great experience. Dr. DuBose is an incredible teacher and really takes the time to explain, involve you in patient care, and make sure you’re learning. The staff is so welcoming and supportive, and the clinical knowledge I’ve gained will benefit me in every future rotation and specialty. For patients, it’s clear that the care is compassionate, thorough, and truly focused on helping people feel better. For students, this is an excellent site for a psychiatry rotation, you get hands-on experience in a professional but friendly environment. I would definitely recommend Future Psych Solutions not only to other students looking for a strong clinical experience, but also to patients who want high-quality mental health care.
