I always have a great experience— the customer service is fantastic and my body feels amazing after. Today I tried the localized cryotherapy too and it was so helpful and so much easier than icing my entire arm for the pain I’ve been experiencing. Highly recommend!

Just visited Icebox Columbia yesterday for the first time, as a seasoned cold plunger and fan of cryotherapy I want to say that I cannot give these folks enough praise. First and foremost the staff is a 10 out of 10, they’re extremely accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I visited to receive localized cryotherapy due to a wrist injury, and it was a phenomenal experience. The studio is very clean, cozy, modern and comfortable.

Very clean establishment and everyone that works here is so nice! Localized really helped with my broken AC joint, the box gives me an energy boost every time, but the compressions are my favorite!

Very shady run place. They wont tell you this when signing up, but they make it very difficult to cancel the membership. They told me I could not cancel over the phone, I would have to come in in person because of "company policy". After asking to speak with the owner, the receptionist finally admitted they would do this over email if I signed a form and sent it back to them. I signed the form, sent it back and assumed all was good. Well two months later my credit card got another charge. I called and asked why, and they claimed they never received the form, even though I know for a fact that I sent it, I had no proof because my sent items purge from my work email after 15 days. Now I have talked to the owner, and he stated that he went ahead and cancelled the membership effective a week ago (so much for that "company policy" they couldn't get around), but that only he as the owner was able to authorize to do this without the written form that they lost track of. Keep in mind he knew I was trying to cancel it two months earlier and had not been in or used it since that time, but when I asked he said he was not willing to give any type of refund on those months. This place is a scam, they prey on people that sign up and then get as many months as possible in membership not being used by refusing to cancel, even after requesting to speak with the owner. Legitimate businesses do not operate this way. If they ran an effective business they wouldn't have to use these tactics to squeeze money out of people that are trying to leave.

I love having my facials done at Ice Box. The estheticians make it an incredible experience and so relaxing. I also enjoy the legs compressions. The staff are always so polite and helpful. Always a great experience!
