The most wholesome and warm experience. I felt seen and understood and cared for by every care team member that interacted with me. My experience with them from start to finish was 10/10. Cannot recommend Roots enough

Highly recommend Roots Integrative Medicine! The entire team is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with the best energy from the wonderful ladies who work there, beautiful happy plants, and a peaceful atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with the care I've received in my time there. Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable but also so empathetic and listens to concerns. She's open to ideas I've had on my care and gives multiple options and true informed consent on all procedures and care plans. If you struggle with feeling "heard" at your doctor's office, know that won't be an issue here. So thankful for everyone here.

I am coming up on a year of being a patient at Roots and this blessing has changed my life. I initially came in because I suspected a hormonal imbalance, but they ran my labs and found Lyme disease that I had no idea about! It explained years of pain I had just been tolerating. We jumped into an aggressive treatment plan and seven months later we had cleared chronic lyme, addressed mold toxicity and improved my overall immunity. Chelsea is a top notch provider. She is consistently kind and nurturing without pretension or conceit. She is open and validating to all of my concerns. She takes swift action on said concerns and doesn’t let things fester and get worse. Chelsea is well researched and was savvy enough to check for Lyme. Ordinary providers would have likely overlooked that possibility. I generally do not fully trust medical professionals, but Chelsea has my trust. So much so that my whole family sees her for primary care! Both of my kids love Roots and they are now more tuned in about their health even at their young ages. We went from hobbling through cold and flu season, being hit multiple times a month to getting through this last one having faced only TWO colds the entire season! Roots goes beyond the wonderful care from Chelsea. When I visit I feel like I am dear friends with this wonderful group of people. It is such a warm and inviting place from the front desk with Cara and Emily, to the treatments with Bethany and Gena and even getting poked with needles by Alexa. I never would have thought someone could make a lab draw enjoyable, but her calm demeanor and sweet personality always makes my day! I don’t normally write reviews, but Roots has made an huge impact on my life. My situation with Lyme meant an intensive regimen of weekly ozone appointments for months on end. Every person in this practice had poured into the well being of my family. Chelsea has meticulously spent time and effort in reviewing our labs, explaining them to us and creating well rounded protocols. Appointments are unhurried and the plans she puts forth are well thought out. She has made herself available for check-ins and is always flexible with course corrections when we face stumbling blocks. The priority is on holistic care, but she will use prescriptions as needed, being truly integrative! She is sharp as a tack in terms of intelligence and on the leading edge of integrative medicine practices. Roots does a good job of utilizing insurance for lab work, but as with most integrative medicine practices, the majority of their services are out of pocket. While this can add up, especially for an entire family, they do a good job of listening to budget concerns when costs need to be reeled in. Of course, the more you are able to invest in your health now, the less you will have to with even bigger treatments later! Every penny I have spent at Roots has come back to me tenfold in the form of feeling better through deep and lasting healing. I could not be more grateful to have the Roots team in my neighborhood and to be a part of this incredible practice. They truly walked me through a dark time with the heavy Lyme diagnosis, to the other side where I am stepping into a more healed version of myself. The best part (aside from the invested care rooted in honesty) is that I feel empowered with my own understanding of health. They have been extensively educating me throughout this whole process! I highly recommend making Roots your primary care provider. If the waitlist is taking a while, do not despair! There are many offerings that do not require being a patient member. Aside from that, their instagram is FULL of helpful, actionable information that will undoubtably improve you and your family’s well being. They are EXTREMELY generous with sharing golden health advice with a genuine desire to see people thrive. I truly feel like I am “home” with Roots. Roots is doing God’s work on earth by honoring the command to heal the sick. After years of suffering, I am beginning to thrive!
