Great program!! I finally found a program that fits my lifestyle and is totally realistic.. The staff is fantastic, and really takes the time to offer you the personal attention you need to start your program successfully. I feel very confident that I will reach my goals. This weight loss center is doctor supervised - not just another weight loss gimmick..Jill was awesome as well as Jackie, Jennifer and Doc Z. Highly recommend!

The first time when I signed up for the program everyone was super nice and helpful. My second visit today ,to get the B12 shot and to ask a few questions, was entirely different. No one smiled, no one ask how I was doing. no one really made any effort at all to make me feel welcome. One of the other clients told me they were all frazzled. I really felt I was a bother to them. I see all the wonderful 5 star reviews so now I think they just don't like me. I will continue with the program as I have already paid for it and hope the next vist is better. The shakes are great. I need more shakes but I just wanted to get out of there today. I hate that I have to go back later today.
