This was the worst specialist I have been to. I was there for 2 hours for a new appointment and spent most of the time by myself in a little room. They forgot to send RX to my pharmacy and forgot to refer me for an MRI. The second appt. I came at 8 and only saw the Dr. at 9:30 after I made a big fuss. They dont care about their patients

I have never had a bad experience with Midlands neurology & pain associates i was with 1 other neurologist for over 15 yrs and they haven't came close to finding out what's wrong with me but Dr O is coming very. Close to finding out why i have this condition i have been admitted in the hospital for 10 consecutive yrs once or twice a month but ever since Dr O has been treating me i have only been admitted in the hospital for my condition once in June of 2023 & once in October of 2023 the whole staff is wonderful my name is Jackie Darry is just my email name i call him Dr.O because i cannot pronounce his name basically everyone calls him Dr.O i guess im not the only one that can't pronounce his name as a matter of a fact all the Drs there do a good job with their patients as far as i have seen i highly recommend Midlands Neurology and pain clinic to anyone who needs a good Neurologist too all that reads this have blessed day or night

Waiting times are still outrageous and twice I have driven 2hiurs and they failed to call in advance to tell us they did not have medication. They consistently fail to send in her prescriptions and her refills. I have to call multiple times to get the medicine refilled at the pharmacy. They call the day of the appointment to confirm if we will be here and then when we come we wait a minimum of an hour to get to the visit room and then 1 hour to see the nurse and maybe another hour for the Dr. It's ridiculous an very unprofessional. Then the staff has the audacity to have an attitude and get smart. Jerrell and Hanna is the only staff members that deserves any good recognition. Other than that this office needs to be shut down or either re-evaluated by the board of medicine.

3 and a half hours today. Wonder why it takes so long?? I've talked to Dr O several times about it. (over 10 years) Wonder who I need to speak to about maybe getting these wait times down? Looks like someone would care about the patients enough to get it fixed. I must be the only person that has said anything.

Absolutely disgraceful wait times for the patient without updates or information as to why you haven't been called back after waiting 1 to sometimes even 3 or 4 hours. HOURS. But, don't even think about being a few min late. You can call and they'll tell you not to worry, to still come only to be turned away when you check in. No one knows what the other employee is doing; there is no communication w patients and it is evident the staff hate their jobs. Huge turnover w a clear disdain for Americans. I could overlook some of the extreme wait times, but the lack of respect for their patients and their time/money and forced wait time for prescriptions is unacceptable. Dr. O is a good doctor, but he spends maybe 5 min w you and rushes to the next patient bc he's always behind. It's very upsetting to drive one hour to his office only to be turned away bc you were 3 min later (after being told no worries!) than "policy", but YOU can sit there and wait on him for hours and it's OK because your time means nothing. It's very sad because people who legitimately need pain management are there because they truly need help. Doesn't matter though, you are just a nuisance his staff has to endure during their day. The days of trusting in your physician and feeling appreciated are over. Now, it's all about the copay and how many different ones they can get away with charging. 👎👎👎👎👎
