I’ve left a review before, but I’m back to say- if you’re considering this practice, please reconsider. The negative reviews are accurate. I personally reported Jennifer to the board, and they came back to say there wasn’t enough evidence to do anything. If you’ve been abandoned or hurt by this nurse too, PLEASE take time to file a report. It’s an easy process and can save others’ lives. She does not need to be practicing, especially not with such a vulnerable population of clients. She does so much harm, it’s just not worth it.

Finally on the right cocktail of meds and work accommodations thanks to Jennifer listening to me. The work accommodations were a nightmare of endless paperwork, but Jennifer was very patient and advocated for me the whole way. It took nearly a year but I feel better and more stable now than I have ever felt.

Awful place awful people! Don’t be fooled by their gentle approach. They make you pay out of pocket for everything here. They do not accept insurance period. However ‘they can give you paper work to file with your insurer’ on your own time, by yourself. Let me tell you this is a long and complicated process. Be prepared to pay around $200+ to see unprofessional practitioners hardly out of nursing school. All governed by a single person with at least some knowledge of psychiatry. What a joke! You will also receive a bill for the ‘required’ drug test for another $75 that was nice surprise, and completely unnecessary! They do not care about helping you with your problems. They wont speak to you about anything, no advice no suggestions nothing! What they do well here is throw prescriptions for unnecessary medication at you. The medication that they get paid to prescribe by drug representatives. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had, simply trying to get help with my mental health. If you are considering this place, please seek treatment elsewhere.

I have to commend everyone in the office. They are pleasant and nice.
My doctor prior to seeing Jennifer had to close the facility in Rock Hill during Covid and maintained his office in Fort Mill. He wasn't able to transfer patients so this is how I reached out to Jennifer.
I have been seeing Jennifer for about 2 years. I was already diagnosed and my medications were on track prior to visiting her. At the beginning to the end my visit with Jennifer it never lasted over 10 minutes. I would express things going on in my life she would always refer me to a different doctor.
After the beginning of this year during my visit with Jennifer once again received a referral as I was telling her how I was doing. She filled my meds for 6 months and scheduled my next appointment for 6 months. As this was the norm for the past 2 years.
As a person you become to know your body and mind. I knew I was overwhelmed and needed a doctor that would listen to me and not give me a referral. I reached out to my prior doctor. He was able to receive a new patient. I am so thankful!!!!
At my first visit with him and being allowed to talk and discuss how I was doing. Having a back and forth conversation.
Dr. -- tweaked my medications.
If Jennifer would have taken the time to listen and not refer me. Stop treating me as a 10 minute patient, maybe just maybe she would have realized what was happening with my medicines. I thought in her medical field she was to listen and understand the person in order to help them.
Please when searching for a doctor in any field of medicine please read the reviews. Reviews are very important whether positive or negative.
