I called ahead of my first appointment today to let them know I would be less than 10 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. the receptionist said that if I’m more than 5 minutes late they would reschedule. I told her I had exactly 7 minutes left on my GPS after driving an hour to be there and begged to be seen. she placed me on hold, came back and said “that should be fine just get here.” I walked in at 7 minutes past my appointment time, and the doctor refused to see me. More than overwhelmed, I started to cry and the receptionist looked nothing short of annoyed with me. she refused to help in any way, continually stating that because I was late they would have to reschedule. they would not refund my $125 deposit for the appointment. they have an $85 reschedule fee for being more than 5 minutes late. If you plan to see this doctor, make absolutely SURE that nothing out of your control keeps you from being there exactly on time or you will be treated horribly.

Iv been coming here for many years now and my late father came here as well. Iv never had any issues with them. They have helped me in ways. Worst experience I have ever had with a psych office. For the good of your own mental health, stay away. It is incredibly clear from every interaction that this provider only cares about making money- NOT about her patients.
