It took 3 calls and 3 emails to get a simple yes or no answer to if they would do treatment that didn’t involve infusions or needles. The woman my mother spoke to ignored my phobia. They were told I’m autistic and told my mother they had experience with autistic people. The way the communicated with us told me they do not. They finally told us they only do injections or infusions. They lie on their website. “While IV infusions might not be best for everyone, they are the most common way to administer the treatment. If IV infusion is not right for you, our team will discuss other potential options with you.” They will not discuss other options. I will find someone willing to work with me as I am instead of people who don’t hear or listen to us. This only continued the lifetime of bullying and not feeling heard or understood for me.

This is a wonderful practice. They genuinely care about their patients and getting them the help they deserve. I have seen them perform miraculous work. They are unlike traditional psychiatry providers who send you off with a prescription after talking to you for 15 minutes. They are extremely knowledgeable on a wide encompassing range of topics such as neurochemistry, biology, anatomy/physiology and they offer real tools that allow for true healing. Dr. Pooler teaches instead of telling you to do something, so you are able to not waste years and countless money on something that only allows you to maintain and survive, you can actually thrive. I am so grateful to this practice and all it has done for me.

Contacted the office via website and then left message 3 days later on phone and still haven’t got a call back, so much for a mental health clinic, 3 days later after leaving the review, the receptionist calls me and is so sincere and apologetic of how they didn’t get back to me sooner and how they are “closed” on Fridays and Monday they were busy. I have already went somewhere else and got treated and she just went on and on apologizing and how they are closed on Fridays and I said googled said yall were open and she then said they normally are but the Friday I sent a message they took off that day-continued to apologize then asked me to remove this review, being manipulated at best, I said I wouldn’t and she said they would reach out to google to have it removed and it’s not their fault they couldn’t get back to me with them being a small office meanwhile the psych NP that I am seeing has a smaller office just her and the receptionist and the np called me when the receptionist was out while on her lunch break and in between patients to make sure her patients are being taken care of. So the lovely receptionist from this office after me stating that got angry and told me that they were closed on Friday and as I was saying that I didn’t know that she hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. BEWARE of this place, this isn’t how you treat patients!
