Lucidity Float and Wellness Center

I do not normally leave reviews, but it was on my mind to do so after my first time. What an experience in the pool! It's about 4 ft x 8 feet x 10 inches, long enough for someone tall like myself to stretch out my arms past my head and disappear inside of it. They have serene music to listen to with a simple button to turn off if you'd like. Both were nice but I eventually wanted to experience the rest of my time with no music, and it was perfect for me. It's so perfectly dark there. I got curious and gave a peek and saw nothing. My mind felt so clear and I felt perfectly relaxed, almost like I couldn't move or I didn't have the willpower to because of how good I felt. On the trip home this evening, I felt very clear headed, awake, and happy. I'm thinking about going another time too! Oh, and try the halo for the head. It helps 😄

I received a gift card for a 90 min float session for Christmas. I had never heard of Lucidity before hand. I booked my appointment online. When I arrived, I had made a mistake on what session I wanted when I booked the week before. The owner and I chatted about what to expect for my first session and the do's and don'ts. I rebooked for the following week. I was absolutely satisfied on my experience. I'm not one to relax very easily, but I ensure you that it is worth the time to experience this. It took an extreme amount of stress and tension out of my entire body and mind. I relaxed within a few minutes and ended up falling asleep for a short period of time. I would highly recommend this! It's not pricey and you get way more than what you pay for! I will definitely be back here! Polite and respectful staff that goes the extra mile!

My husband & I recently tried Lucidity float tanks for the first time. It was amazing!!! It took a minute to wrap the brain around no sound (other than our breathing and heartbeats) and no light but we both were able to relax and could tell that our sore muscles and brains felt much better. The front desk lady was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. I also appreciate there is no pressure to purchase. It was an amazing experience and we are returning soon. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Knoxville.
