She was warm, energetic, and genuinely encouraging, and she took the time to truly listen without rushing or minimizing my concerns. In a situation that felt vulnerable and difficult, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful. Her recommendations initially sounded almost too good to be true—but I am here to tell you that they worked! The impact has been genuinely life-changing for me. I am so grateful for the care she provided! The staff was also wonderful—kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Krista and her whole team are incredible! After suffering for a couple years with perimenopause/menopause issues I finally couldn’t take it anymore and booked an appointment. Krista ran bloodwork and started me on progesterone immediately and talked to me about my options for the other hormones. I chose to do the pellets every 3 months and can’t get over how much better I feel. Thank you to Krista and all the Wellness from Within staff for getting me back on track with my hormone levels and helping me feel like a much improved version of myself.

Had my appointment with Krista (Hodges PA-C) today and I’m so grateful for her care. This time last year I felt tired, sluggish, sore joints, all the menopausal ailments you can experience — and now, a year later working with Krista dialing in my hormones, I honestly feel amazing. My skin, hair & nails thank her too. She truly listens, explains everything clearly. Nothing feels rushed or cookie-cutter. You leave feeling cared for and better than when you walked in. The Wellness from Within office is super friendly and efficient. If your appointment is scheduled at 10:00 you’re seen at 10:00, no long waits in the waiting room.
