I have been seeing Dr. Rupert for over 10 years! Now bc he has been bought out by a new clinic, I am considered a new patient and CAN NOT BE SEEN! How is this acceptable? Who is going to touch my stimulator now after another surgeon did the procedure? I am beyond words, shock and anger! I have even referred others to see him! I completely trusted him and his staff to the point that I drove 3 hours 1 way to see him! I don’t know if I have ever been so disappointed in a physician I trusted so completely!
