I’m so happy that I’ve found such a welcoming and professional place to guide me in reaching my health goals. Avisha has been amazing. I turned 40 this year and my skin was dry and dull I tried a ton of cleansers and creams and nothing was working. After a few visits not only is my skin hydrated and glowing I also feel more confident and healthy. I’m so grateful to Avisha and the team at Invigorate.

As someone who recently relocated to Nashville, one of my first missions was finding a med spa with genuinely experienced professionals focused on both wellness and skincare. After a year with Invigorate Health, I can confidently say I found the best! The entire team is welcoming, but I have to give a huge shoutout to Avisha. She has been my go-to girl for the past year, offering her incredible guidance and expertise. She takes the time to listen and tailor treatments, making me feel like a priority every time. I’ve explored several of their services with fantastic results. My absolute favorite has been the PRP treatment under my eyes. I struggled with persistent dark circles, I tried a few things like fillers in the past but the results were worse. It made me look weird and once it dissolved, the dark circles got darker!! So the PRP under eye that Avisha recommended, was a more natural approach to draw my own blood and to stimulate collagen and blood circulation. I wish I did it sooner. I look much more normal and alert without my dark circles. The improvement I’ve seen is truly remarkable. Avisha made the process comfortable, and the outcome speaks for itself. I also get other services done, such as Dysport and Hydrafacials. They have whatever your skin care concerns are. I appreciate their honestly and they gave me recommendations that are more natural and less aggressive.
