Laurie was absolutely amazing! And i can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and how comfortable she make me feel from the moment I walked through the door Although I’ve have a few colonics in the past and knew what to expect she was very thorough in explains everything. The location is welcoming and exceptional clean. It made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The time she took with me after my service to share recommendations based on my body without making me feel she was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I will definitely be back soon and highly recommend Laurie and Ritual Wellness for anyone looking for a holistic approach to wellbeing. You will not be disappointed.

Lauren at Ritual Wellness in Franklin has been absolutely amazing. She’s so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable during my colonic session. Starting this journey again after a few years away from this type of self-care, has definitely been an adjustment, but Lauren’s method and her machine make the whole experience feel safe, gentle, and really effective. I truly trust her process. I’m so excited to be prioritizing my health again, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to guide me. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reset and take care of your body in a supportive, professional environment!

I cannot say enough good things about Ritual wellness. I see Lauren and she is exceptional at what she does and has helped me immensely with all things health and nutrition. Her background as a holistic nutritionist is truly unique she looks at the whole picture, not just symptoms, and brings so much depth, education, and care into every recommendation she makes. You immediately feel how knowledgeable and thoughtful she is. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the body, nutrition, and wellness on a deeper level Lauren is incredible. I trust her completely and recommend her without hesitation.
