I had tried many diets to lose weight, but experienced an inability to lose once I went through menopause. John talked to me about the weight loss shot. He answered my questions and was very open and honest about the results I could expect. After I took the shot for over 3 months I lost 38 pounds and I have kept it off. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and the product. I would highly recommend Trulongevity to anyone who wants to lose weight or just get healthier. Thank you.

Dr. McCracken was fantastic. However, you cannot make an appointment or get through on their phone. John (the receptionist) sends an automated text and then doesn't respond for days when I asked availability for an appointment. Finally, after 1 week of him saying "he will get back to me" via text, I threatened to write a review of this terrible way of making appointments so he called me to tell me to "find another provider" This place is VERY unprofessional and not a good way to treat REPEAT customers. Terrible experience and customer service. John then proceeds to send me a text saying that he will take me to court and "reviews go both ways" ... not sure exactly what that means but I should have listened when people said to go to a REAL medical practice, not this joke. HI JOHN!
