Couldn't recommend Dr. Alec and his team enough. I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain and thought I knew what my issue was, but upon further evaluation he was able to properly diagnose my pain and he put together a detailed plan for me. After the 3 month program I feel completely better and I am back in the gym lifting and working out with no restraints. I no longer deal with lingering day-to-day lower back pain. If you're having any issues I would tell you to check them out to help get you right!

The holistic approach to overall health, flexibility and strength marks Echo unique. I have enjoyed the customized workouts that target areas I need to build and strengthen to allow for healing and correction of other parts of my body and posture. I haven’t worked with anyone else using this total body approach. The team is fantastic, fun and focused on outcomes. Super glad I got referred to Alec.
