Just became a member with Vida-flo last month. I felt amazing after my appointment and all the staff was so helpful and friendly. I asked a lot of questions and they were very knowledgeable and it helped me feel comfortable.Will be coming back monthly or when needed!

I had an awesome experience at Vida-Flo. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The space was clean, relaxing, and well run. I felt noticeably better afterward — more energized, hydrated, and just overall refreshed. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and don’t rush the process

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ethan and Eyman were absolutely fantastic! What lovely human beings! From the moment I walked in, the entire experience felt calm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. They were attentive, professional, and made sure I felt completely comfortable the whole time. One of my favorite touches? They have movies! They even set me up with a private movie, which made the whole experience feel extra special and personalized. Such a thoughtful detail that really elevates everything. The space itself has such a peaceful, soothing vibe — exactly what you want when you’re trying to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. I can’t wait to bring my mom when she’s in Nashville — she’s going to love it just as much as I did! And seriously… you all need to open a location in Knoxville. It would do SO well there! 🙌✨ Highly recommend!
