Owners are knowledgeable and super nice. Location (SE austin) is comfortable and peaceful. Currently doing red light therapy for my face/neck (skin rejuvenation) and with just two sessions can already tell a difference. Would like to give it a try for hormonal balance/energy reset and knee repair.

I’m an active person who has been working out 5–6 days per week for many years. For about six weeks my knee had been giving me increasing pain, likely due to the volume and intensity of my workouts. Just before I visited Austin Red Light Therapy, my elbow flared up with the familiar, painful symptoms of tennis elbow—something I’ve been through twice before and was dreading dealing with again. Typically, tennis elbow would mean 2–3 months of rehab and recovery including weeks of physical therapist, weeks of rest, and countless home exercises and icing that, admittedly, I tend to get lazy about doing. So I decided to give Austin Red Light Therapy a try. They treated both my elbow and my knee. The session was completely pain-free and the pads created a pleasant warming sensation at the treatment sites. I actually found each treatment experience very relaxing. After my first treatment, I went home and spent the afternoon doing yardwork. About two and a half hours in, I realized my elbow wasn’t aching nearly as much, despite the physical labor. But the biggest surprise was my knee: I hadn’t thought about it once since I started working. After six weeks of constant discomfort, the pain was gone. The next morning, my elbow was about 50% improved, and while some knee pain had returned, it was still much better than before. Fortunately, I’d already scheduled some follow-up sessions. Within a couple of weeks, I was back to 100% on both joints. Austin Red Light Therapy is now my go-to treatment. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Beyond the results, they are genuinely wonderful people who truly care about your recovery and well-being.

Highly recommend Austin Red Light Therapy! I came in with persistent neck pain from long hours at a desk and regular Jiu Jitsu training, and after just a few sessions of red light therapy, I noticed a significant reduction in stiffness and discomfort. The treatment is relaxing, non-invasive, and has become an essential part of my recovery routine. Red light therapy helps increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing at the cellular level—perfect for targeting pain and tension in the neck and shoulders. The team at Austin Red Light Therapy is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to explain how the therapy works and tailored the sessions to my specific needs. If you're dealing with chronic pain, training recovery, or just want to support your overall wellness, this place is a must-visit. Five stars all around!
