The clinic serves athletes, active individuals, and patients with chronic musculoskeletal conditions seeking regenerative alternatives to standard orthopaedic management.
Took my son to have torn meniscus surgery with Dr. Brotzman a few week ago and my experience was great. I looked up a few doctors prior to going to Dr. B and I found him to be the most confident and professional out all the doctors I talked with. Dr. B explained the whole process from surgery to recovery. My son is a college football players at Texas A&M Kingsville University so it is important for me to know it all and Dr. B made it comforting. Thanks and also the staff was wonderful as well.

Dr Brotzman did a great job managing our son’s injury and was instrumental in getting him back to competitive tennis! Highly recommend

Dr. Brotzman, his PA, and nursing staff were excellent! They found that I needed the shockwave therapy on my knee after surgery that my other surgeon couldn't figure out.
His front desk staff on the other hand, terrible customer service and their scheduling is absolutely horrendous!
I had to wait over 40 minutes for my first appointment. For my 2nd it was almost an hour wait. For my third, I showed up a few minutes early - from previous appointments, I thought I should ask if he was running behind & they said yes, there were still THREE people ahead of me! I wouldn't have been seen until at least 45 minutes later. I ended up asking to see the PA because I had another appointment I had to get to.
While he did help my issue - the scheduling needs to be fixed.
Also when I was there for a therapy appointment, the girl performing it was late, I asked the front desk if she knew I was there & she rudely said she's talking with the office manager. Then I hear her come up & she said she didn't even know I was there. Which I assumed, because I could hear them talking about mindless/meaningless & not business related things in the back. Otherwise the therapy appointments were on time & great.
Every time I arrived or left, the front desk staff (2 women) were not courteous at all & left a negative feeling with me.
THUS my 4, not 5 star review. Because of the 2 rude front desk employees & the disrespect of the patients time.

Dr. Brotzman “Rocks.” Dr. Brotzman repaired serious nerve damage to my foot where I was losing feeling after a local podiatrist severed a nerve in my ankle at multiple locations. I had given up hope after an ortho group said there was nothing they could do. Dr. Brotzman after an initial exam, he knew exactly what the podiatrist had done. I know have feeling in my foot and better mobility. Dr. Brotzman brought my wife to tears after we had given up hope until we found him. We thank you Dr. Brotzman for giving me a better life

I had a great experience when visiting this office. Staff was helpful and friendly in general, and the surgeon honestly recommended that in my case an expensive procedure was unnecessary and that therapy was a better solution.
