About this clinic

Deep Eddy Psychotherapy, an Austin-based mental health clinic, offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy (SPRAVATO) as primary neuromodulation treatments for depression, anxiety, and treatment-resistant conditions. The clinic provides therapy and psychiatric care alongside these evidence-based brain-stimulation modalities, with both in-person and telehealth options available. TMS and esketamine are individualized protocols often pursued when conventional pharmaceutical approaches have limited efficacy. The practice also offers EMDR for trauma-related presentations. Treatment is sequenced according to clinical assessment, and patients receive ongoing monitoring throughout their course of care.

I’ve had such a great experience with this company. From scheduling my first appointment, to reminder emails/texts, and easily accessible portal. My therapist Jalynn has been amazing, and has made my first time in therapy really smooth and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone seeking help. They also have an array of therapists who offer different kinds of practice and experience.

My review is toward the actual “business” side of Deep Eddy and not my therapist. I had to reschedule an appointment because I had the norovirus. I even had TWO doctors notes yet Deep Eddy said this wasn’t an excused reason to not charge me 100 dollars. After that, I canceled all my remaining appointments. It left a bad taste in my mouth . If someone is sick, with a doctor’s note that is absolutely a reasonable cancellation. Charging me 100 bucks is not reasonable.

I worked with Lexi Patrick (remotely) for over a year, and had an amazing experience. With her help, I was able to make huge, transformative progress on the issues that brought me to therapy in the first place, and afterwards tackle bigger, (scarier) challenges that I either hadn't felt comfortable talking about with other therapists or decided I wanted to address after working with Lexi! She helped challenge me to do the hard work needed to get what I wanted to achieve from therapy, while always making our sessions a safe space. They are also such a lovely, kind person! It was wonderful to have a therapist who made me feel understood when I talked about nerdy stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone who thinks they might be a good fit!!
