I visited as a gift from family. Loved the experience from walk in to walk out. The workout was intense and well focused with the AI coach. Then did PEMF for my muscles and an old shoulder injury. I enjoyed the focus on my shoulders for recovery from my previous injury. Then did a 3 min Cryotherapy. I walked in UPGRADE LABS with a headache from sinus allergies. This headache bothered me for about 3 hours prior the same day. Walked out of the cryotherapy with all sinus pressure headache gone and I was able to breath well again. The chill was almost intense for intermediate mode but very manageable for 3 mins. 10 out of 10 would recommend the cryotherapy if only for sinus pressure relief. Let alone the other physical benefits and feeling afterwards. Looking forward to return for sure.

"I just did an Arc red light therapy session today; it's amazing. Every time I do it, I feel way better coming out, and I probably do it three times a week. I'm seeing the changes already in my biological age, just being there for a couple of months. I did a series of recent tests at Upgrade Labs and was able to measure about 10 different things, including my biological age. Since I've been going to Upgrade Labs for a couple of months, I've been able to do all sorts of testing that showed my bone mineral density is awesome and hydration levels are great. I was getting a hypoxic training session and had two medical doctors, the owners, confirm that I've got the best metabolic health out of anybody there. Some of their machines are worth $150,000 and you can access them simply by buying a few inexpensive passes. The value of what's being offered there is worth 100 times more than the cost of the membership. Upgrade Labs is a giant leap forward in helping longevity become accessible to anyone."
