I had my consultation with Crystal today, and for the first time in my life, I truly felt heard and validated by a medical professional. While I know this is just the beginning of my journey, I’m feeling something I haven’t felt in a while... genuine optimism. I had my first appointment today and I am so excited! Crystal explained everything and answered all my questions about all the options. I picked a plan and can't wait to get started. Finally found a menopause clinic that gets it right! Crystal, the nurse practitioner, was fantastic - she actually listened and took time to understand what mattered to me. She was really thoughtful, wanted to know what was most important to me and had a detailed discussion about treatment options and what would work best for my lifestyle. The telehealth setup is a game-changer. No taking time off work, and I can message them whenever I have questions. While they don't take insurance directly, my HRT prescriptions are covered at my pharmacy. The monthly membership fee is affordable and worth every penny for the easy access and support. Best decision I've made - two weeks on HRT and I'm feeling better than ever !
