When I began using EHormones, I didn't feel like myself. My workouts were not up to par, and I lacked the energy I used to have. I found myself preferring to stay on the couch rather than being active as I used to be. Despite my efforts with diet and exercise, I wasn't seeing any noticeable results. Upon consulting EHormones and getting my labs tested, I discovered that my testosterone levels were below normal. After 5 months of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), I felt more like myself. Now after one year, I feel amazing! My workouts and dietary efforts are paying off again, I have regained my energy, and I'm enjoying outdoor activities just like I used to. EHormones' staff has been exceptional throughout this journey. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They keep in touch regularly to confirm appointments and check on my progress. Whenever I have questions, they respond promptly and are always available. Unlike many medical offices, I never have to wait on hold, and they even have an answering service for after-hours inquiries. Lastly, they maintain a high level of professionalism and are incredibly friendly, which has made my experience with them even more positive.

Ok service from the group, but horrible fullfillment from the pharmacy, often RX's are deliver weeks in this case 1 month after it was due to ship. Quite frankly poorly managed and no real updates except we are working on it and will follow up! Whereby there is no follow up and no status updates. I would not use them again due to this and if you are thinking about it then please spend your money elsewhere. My wife started here and missing supplies in RX, no follow up and same issue with delays in the pharmacy that the customer has to check on to find out details. Now they are refusing to respond to emails and calls. Do not shop here, I'll be contacting the BBB and TX Attorney general for theft of services. Update: received medications today and they sent medications I wasn't supposed to take anymore but hey, also Scott and Julie won't return my emails, so at this point they take your money and ignore you. Find another company to do business with it's apparent they don't value their customers.

When I started EHormones, I just didn't feel myself. My workouts were sub par at best. I didn't have the energy I used too. I was seeking the couch more than going out and doing things like I used too. I also wasn't seeing the results of my workouts and diet. After consulting EHormones and getting my labs drawn, I realized my test levels were below the lowest normal values. Now, after 5 months of TRT, I feel amazing! My workouts and diet are showing results again. I have more energy and I'm spending more time outside like I used too. The staff at EHormones is amazing. They made the process easy. They check in often to confirm appointments and to see how you are doing. They are quick to respond when you have questions and they're always available. I'm never put on hold. They have an answering service outside of hours, just like any other medical office. And lastly, they have great personalities, always professional, alway nice!
