I needed to lose 15 lbs and wanted to try a more holistic approach than just taking an an appetite suppressant. I chose Embodied Wellness for this reason and am so glad I did. I am working with a nurse practitioner and a life coach and feel totally supported and motivated to reach my goals. The meals they recommend are easy to prep and the medications they offer are based on getting to my underlying issues to help my lose and sustain weight loss which I appreciate. I just started but am already seeing progress in my weight loss and how I feel in general. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress as I continue on the program.

The providers at Weight Loss & Health Clinic by Embodied Wellness are so incredibly helpful. From scheduling to post treatment & follow-ups, everything went very smoothly. Ifeoma Okwu, C-NP was immensely patient and took the time to explain her Holistic approach to health & weight loss to me. She provided me nutritional counseling, recipes, meal plans and even provided me with an in depth look at anti-inflammatory foods and how they can aid not only my desire to lose weight but also improve some of my other health conditions. I highly recommend Embodied Wellness if you are looking for a telehealth clinic in Texas that really provides a personal experience.

I was recommended by a friend as they do both bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and weight loss. I am on a GLP-1 med for weight loss, and combined with HRT, I feel amazing and more like myself. I really appreciate how attentive and responsive the providers and staff are. I also love the fact that they conduct all medical visits online or video which is super convenient. Their prices are also very reasonable considering the services and value they offer. I would totally recommend giving this place a try if you're in need of care!
