Dallas, TX
The Dallas red light therapy hub displays 22 listing records, while the first results page contains 15. The first-page recorded address fields include Westchester Dr in 75225, Snider Plaza in 75205 and Walnut Hill Ln in 75231. Two entries use 8215 Westchester Dr but give different suite numbers, 221 and 243. Compare the suite as well as the street number rather than treating a shared building address as one office. These examples describe the first-page records, not the addresses of the entire result set. Continue through the results before treating the first page as the complete list, and confirm the intended appointment address directly. A recorded address does not independently establish current services or whether two entries describe the same practice.
A first visit should cover your goals, medications, light sensitivity and any prior treatments, whether you see a studio technician or a clinician. Ask who operates the device, whether a licensed provider is involved in your care, and what happens if a session causes irritation. Follow-up visits should review how you responded before you commit to continuing.
Before booking, ask for the device manufacturer, the wavelengths used and whether the treatment matches what that device is intended for. Request written information on risks and eye protection, and ask the clinic to itemize a quote so consultation, treatment and any add-ons are separate.
Listing order here is not for sale. Featured placements are labeled and limited in number, Verified marks credential checks rather than advertising spend, and using Regenerated.com costs patients nothing. Being listed does not mean Regenerated.com endorses a clinic or its claims.

Regulatory context
The "other" category is a catchall for regenerative wellness modalities with inconsistent federal oversight. Red light therapy devices (photobiomodulation) have narrow FDA 510(k) clearances for acne, muscle pain, and wound healing, not systemic regeneration. Whole-body cryotherapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical indication and received an FDA safety communication in July 2016 warning of asphyxiation, frostbite, and burn risks. Ozone therapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical use and the FDA has stated ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application. Condition-specific regenerative offerings (hair restoration with minoxidil or finasteride, ED care beyond PDE5 inhibitors and shockwave) have varying approval depending on route and drug source.
The Texas Medical Board investigates unlicensed medical practice and scope violations and has issued specific rules governing medical spa practice. Ozone and chelation clinics making disease-treatment claims risk board action. The Attorney General pursues deceptive health claims under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Enforcement is moderate but the TMB has taken active positions on medical spa delegation and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
