The best place! They offer such a range of different IVs, shots, peptides etc. I also haven’t seen anyone beat the pricing. The nurses are amazing and Dr Norma has a wealth of knowledge on everything! Highly, highly recommend!

I have been having a wonderful experience receiving the NAD injections from Cristal at Sime Clinic in El Paso. She is very kind, and efficient and the injections have helped me so much with more energy and restful nights. I highly recommend everyone to try them out. You will not be disappointed !!

I used to go to my chiropractor for 22 years and he retired. He recommend me to come to Dr. signs. It took me a little bit to get adjusted into coming but now not only I come for my adjustments. He’s a great doctor extremely professional employees nurses Dr norma amazing with her treatments as a matter fact I’m doing the NAD plus which it is amazing I highly recommend for everybody to try the systems that doctor signs and wife has it. Oh my goodness from the front desk to the last person, they’re amazing. They’re always willing to help you and make you feel at home. The NAD is something that I have been looking to do for the past two years and I’m just gonna let you know that I have a surgery on my knee and in my neck, but I did it to overall healing in my body and it is amazing. It gives you a sensation of wellness and health within inside your body not only that the performance I’m doing my job is wonderful. It’s a very stressful job so it keeps you focused. I keeps you alert it keeps you Healthy. I love it.
