Clarke Quality of Life

I was highly recommended to Dr. Clarke by some of her existing patients. I obtained a formal referral to her office in July. Followed up in August and received confirmation that my referral was there and would be processed in the order in which received. It’s been almost 2 months of waiting for an appointment/ initial contact. Honestly not even interested in obtaining treatment here anymore.

Let me start by saying I'm not rating this a 1 star because Dr Clark. Dr Clark has been a GOD SEND for my sister who has struggled with health issues her whole life. This is however a 1 star rating because of her staff - in specific, Christina. I've never even personally met the lady, but every interaction through text and email on my sisters behalf or I have witnessed my sister do has been HORRIBLE. Christina is almost impossible to reach. At times it has taken my sister two weeks to get a response about necessary script issues. Other times Christina is just horrendously rude without cause or justification. She's very argumentative. Why she is the face chosen to represent Dr Clark when as I see here numerous complaints about "rude staff" have been posted is beyond me. She needs to be instilled with some professionalism and simple compassion. She makes even simple paperwork or calling in proper scripts a nightmare to deal with her. I'm sad I had to post this, but when all she wants to do is argue, instead of listen that my sister and I need some simple paperwork correctly filled out, is disappointing. Patients and their families don't deserve to treated as of no import. Even if it's by the staff and not the Dr themselves. I do however recommend Dr clark. She's been an angel in disguise for my sister. Christina is the only part that has made it a nightmare for us. Update: we paid 60 bucks for FMLA paperwork to protect my job and ensure that my sisters extensive medical needs are met. What we got is useless. No days to protect my job or cover me to take off work to make sure she gets her medical needs met. Mind you, they didn't have a problem filling it out before. But now according to Christina she does. Even though there's never been misuse and I've never done anything to her clinic or staff. We have REPEATEDLY asked to speak to Dr. Clarke. And we never get to. So we don't know if this is dr. Clarke or Christina just being petty. So now we're out 60 bucks which we could have saved if there would've just been some honesty and professional care. Instead the money was taken and nothing was done to help us at all. I'm stressing because my job and my sisters needs and my sisters constantly crying cuz she's scared to need any medical care now because she's afraid me needing to take off is either going to get me in trouble or fired. This place offered no help and no honesty/integrity.

I’ve been seeing Dr Clark for a few years now and she has 100% changed my quality of life! She will listen to me like a friend instead of talking over me like other drs do. If you are in pain I recommend getting in with her! I tell anyone I know that’s in pain to go to her. She treats me and my family members. You don’t have to live in pain!
