Used to go here at some point and it was good prior to becoming a veteran. After returning… I didn’t appreciate the way I was handled. Really disappointed in the turn out of my appointment. As a Veteran covered by VA insurance using community care I definitely expected more. I showed up 1 hour early to my appointment. Someone came after me and was seen fairly quickly. I wasn’t seen till 20 minutes after my appointment time because one of the ladies was busy on a conference call. I had another 10 am appointment to get to… now it’s almost 9:30 and I still haven’t been seen by the doctor. Nonetheless this doctor was seeing other patients (which I can hear through the door) I completely understood having to juggle. Here’s what upsets me the most… I approached the reception desk asking to leave and have my appointment rescheduled in an effort to make my other appointment on time, my 10am. The girl says hold on let me check with someone. Comes back and tells me this person isn’t available. I requested for their office to contact me to reschedule this appointment. I wasn’t contacted the same day, nor the following… I really just give up on this office. That’s really unprofessional and could have been handled in a better manner, and at least with some kind of effort or urgency behind my request. For those reasons I would not recommend. Department of Veteran Affairs, don’t send veterans here. Oh… and the not liking patients with insurance signs with data on it in the waiting room doesn’t help. Not returning and immediately contacted the VA for another community care provider.

Dr Fox took her time to understand my issues, find the root causes, and help me to heal, not just fix the symptoms. My personal experience of Dr Fox is caring, interested, and involved. The DFW staff was also fun, patient and helpful. I've already recommend my dad to DFW.

Got injection in Thursday- by Sat AM I was able to turn over in bed without excruciating pain. Dr Fox is a caring individual. She care for patients as though we were family. I do so appreciate her.
