Dr. Gardner, my long-time doctor, recently relocated and changed her office staff. Consequently, scheduling appointments through Alyssa has become increasingly frustrating. I left with a $300 credit that I didn’t use because the rude receptionist (Alyssa) informed me that I couldn’t speak with the doctor. I understand doctors have busy schedules, so I asked if she could call me when she was finished to discuss a matter. However, I was told that I needed to submit an email to get a response from Dr. Gardner, and she now only communicates via email. I submitted an email requesting a response, but I still haven’t received any. It’s ridiculous that a doctor you’re visiting can’t be reached by phone, and that they can’t even call you back when they’re free.

I just found out that Dr. Gardner is not putting pellets in. She is charging the 350 but not putting the pellets in as described. I am filing with medical board and suing personal injury based on the last 4 months of my life being horrible. I tried to reach out for an explanation, but no answer. Suddenly she moved offices, fired everyone, and stopped answering calls.

Every time I go to doctors, Gardner's office. I mean, the customer service is just outstanding. And she's a God sent. very down-to earth the office is very comfortable and it's beautiful in the inside. She makes you feel like a woman, and she makes you feel beautiful. I love this place. Keep up the great work doctor Gardner.
