Dr. Ali is listed as being in network on BCBS and I called to make an appointment to establish care with him. I arrived and only after I sat down and completed 20 minutes of paperwork am I told that he doesn’t see patients and he’s not even in the building, with only NPs available to see patients. Deceptive and disappointing.

There is a reason that they cannot get their total ratings over 3.1 stars. Read the reviews. Their billing practices are just unbearable. They can't keep good staff. On the upside, they have a great location and beautiful offices. Which I pass by every time I go to a different provider. They are less than 3 minutes from my house, and I choose to drive 3X the distance to a different provider.

While the staff is nice that doesn’t make up for the lack of accountability for the billing department. A while back I was being treated by them and when I went to pay they billed me for the service I received that day then proceeded to tell me that I owed over $300+ dollars due to them failing to charge me for services I had received in the past. I explained that it was not my fault that they failed to bill me. They said I would have to take it up with the billing department. The billing department eventually contacted me about a couple months later and stated that it was their fault. I went back for a couple of treatments but then found a different place. Fast forward over 2 years and they are doing the same thing. I would stay away and find place that keep their records accurate and be self accountable instead of blaming their patrons.

I made an appointment just to get my T levels checked and do some bloodwork. When I get to the appointment and complete the paperwork and blood tests. The providers had no idea what I was there for in the first place, asking if I was looking to get TRT when I made it very clear I was just looking to get basic bloodwork done. We make another appointment to review the results later that week. I come in and the nurse had no clue what I was there for and said I needed to get more bloodwork done. Nobody informed me about a second round of bloodwork only that we would be reviewing what the results were. It seems that nobody in that office has a single clue what is going on. After I had left over half an hour later the front office calls me and hangs up. I call them back and they thought I was still in the back room waiting on them after I was told I was able to leave. A lack of communication and accountability to this degree is dangerous. It is highly unprofessional that an entire office of people has no idea what their patients are coming in for when they are the ones that set the appointments for the patients. If the office is this irresponsible with appointments and patients it must be within the realm of possibility that they are also irresponsible with other branches of care to include prescriptions. This is extremely dangerous to all patients who seek medical care through this institution. If you value your safety and seek professionalism with your medical care I highly suggest that T- Off is not your destination for such care. Needless to say I will not be returning to this office due to these factors.

This office is terrible!!! Here recently I can't ever get my prescription called in on time, which causes me to be inconsistent on my shots. I can't count how many times I've had to call this office to follow up on a prescription that they just forgot to call in! Now I can't even get scheduled for labs when I'm supposed to. It seems like if your a self injector they don't care about timely service and customer care. All they care about is that co pay for a 5 minute Tele Med call and billing your insurance. I've expressed this twice over the last few months to office management and nothing changes. I'll be done with this place as soon as I find another provider in my area!
