This is an amazing family practice to bring your family to. Dr. Derek is very personable and truly concerned about your health. His staff are very kind and courteous always. They have a new NP I have spoken with her briefly,but haven't gotten to know her just yet, however she seems to fit in just right If you are looking for a PCP check them out to see if they may be a good fit for your family. Derek has been very important to our family’s health. He’s helped us through several bouts of sickness and made it easy to get the care we needed without the bs. He didn’t make us bring a vomiting kid in just to get anti- nausea medication like other pcp. Also very important Derek understands veterans and goes above and beyond to help vets get the care needed that the VA doesn’t provide.

Dr. Derek and Dr. Joyce have been awesome primary care providers. There have been multiple times that Derek has called me to discuss medication details, and Joyce caught some things that multiple specialists didn't. I'm grateful that I've found them. It's super rare to find primary care that cares and pays attention and spends extra time with you, and an office that's willing to make it all happen for us. I definitely recommend Primary Care and Wellness Clinic of Arlington.
