Today I had a chance to meet with Sandy and Andre at ICT in Frisco. I had the chance to experience the ice box. The 3-minute ice session was incredible, and I’m already so happy with some of the benefits. The team here is amazing! I also tried the leg compression boots therapy, which felt great. Overall, such a positive experience—highly recommend! Thank you Blake for setting this up for us.

Sunday, my oldest son took me and his younger brother to experience cryotherapy for the first time. We were welcomed by Andre and he made the entire experience educational and fun. It was an amazing experience and now I know why my son wanted us to try cryo for various health reasons and pain management. I suffer daily from extreme pain and have tried everything from pain management clinics, injections, and physical therapy. None of those things helped me and I spent a lot of time and money hoping something would work. 3 minutes in cryo gave me instant pain relief and almost 24 hours later I still feel great! I also did the red light therapy and compression therapy which were also helpful. I will be returning later this week and I can't wait. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. Shout out to Andre for making the experience fun and memorable.

I love my monthly facial appointments. Nicole, the esthetician, does a wonderful job. She is great and always leaves my face feeling fresh and hydrated. I usually get compliments ta from people on the glow and health of my face after my treatments. I highly recommend d give this place a try if you are looking for a great experience.
