* WARNING* This practice is genuinely harmful, especially for patients who rely on timely communication and consistent medical care. The office staff — particularly the management — handles patient needs with hostility, retaliation, and a complete lack of accountability. Refill requests are delayed without explanation, urgent messages go ignored, and patients are given contradictory information every time they call. When you ask for clarification or try to understand their constantly changing timelines, the staff becomes defensive, rude, and dismissive. Instead of helping, they escalate the situation and make the patient feel like a burden for simply needing their care managed responsibly. What’s even more concerning is how quickly the office retaliates when questioned. After asking basic, reasonable questions about my care, I was suddenly dismissed as a patient based on statements that were completely inconsistent with my actual communication. This practice uses their policies as a shield, not a guide — and anyone who advocates for themselves risks being targeted or pushed out. For any patient — especially those with chronic conditions — this creates a dangerous and unstable environment. The staff’s behavior is harmful, unprofessional, and emotionally distressing. I cannot recommend this practice, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Dr. Koning is a wonderful doctor! I've been going to him for about a year and a half now, and in that time he has really worked to ease my pain. He has given me a number of injections that have really ameliorated the pain in my lower back and the pain in my left leg and left hip. He has prescribed pain medication that really helps especially when the effects of the injections are starting to wear off. I am totally convinced that he really cares about the state of my health and the level of my pain. I think his staff is wonderful and helpful, too. Seriously, a great doctor and a great staff! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Dr Koning for almost 2 years and always have had very positive experiences. The staff is always helpful and kind. Taylor in the front office is very sweet and always works hard. I appreciate her very much! Dr Koning never makes me feel rushed and he listens closely. He is also very kind and encouraging. The only thing I would change is to be able to see Dr Koning more often, but I have no issues with any of his staff. I highly recommend ReGen Pain Management!
