I have been seeing Dr Gladden for nearly 10 years, during that time my health and physical condition have improved significantly. Following his advice, my muscle mass has grown, I have very little visceral fat and my HRV is elevated over 100 (at times over 200!). I am confident and knowledgeable in the use of supplements, peptides, plasmapheresis, EBOO and exercise techniques. Dr Gladden and his team are motivated by determining the root cause of issues and providing very knowledgeable guidance on how to make improvements, even when genetic deficiencies are involved. My wife is also under his care and is the healthiest she has ever been. Chronologically we are both in our 70's although we don't look or feel it... Truly has been a "health span" extending experience under his care.
