First day here and the staff has been absolutely incredible professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! They took the time to explain all the products and services they offer. I decided to become a member and can’t wait to see my results!

My husband went in for free consultation, and he sign an so called electronic form. He was told it was a form to release his medical records. Then we found out it was a payment plan for a high dollar treatment. He called them back and told them he didn't want to do the treatments and to cancel it. That was September 2024. We just received a letter from Oceanside California saying they were sending us to collections for this high dollar treatments he never received. (January 2026) This place is deceiving and will rip you off. My husband has tried to reach out to the Dallas Office he went to and the number on their websight is wrong. He finally found another number for them and has been leaving messages since they don't answer. And they don't return his calls either. Steer clear of this place. They are scam artist and will rip you off. I dont have the thousands of dollars they want me to pay. I will be seeking legal advice to see how I can handle this.
