Although my doctor is great, my experience with the clinic would be a zero. I requested my notes to my records because it's important to see what is being captured from my appointments. I was told they were in the portal, which they were not. I requested access on 7/17, filled out a form. Talked with the staff and have been told several different things, filled out three forms (two duplicates and a wrong form all sent by different people), and then told management, IT, and staff would call me back..no one did. The only people to call me back was more people to get me scheduled for testing. I was told the records would be sent but I have to pay for them. I asked why am I paying for records I should have access to and no answer. I called back and spoke with Yvette, Joana, and I didn't catch the 3rd woman's name but all gave different reasons why I don't have my records. I was then told the records lady is out to lunch and would call when she got back, then she was behind and I should back shortly, to now...no answer. they were able to send my records quickly to the VA to be paid, yet to send me the same records, it's been a month. With mental health, it's important to be able to access your information and recap your own sessions for reflection or to save for your own use. If you have spots in your portal for notes and you don't use them, what is the point? Even after waiting to pay for the notes they claim I should be able to see in the portal, still nothing. I was told a 24-48hr turnaround and here I am a month and almost two weeks. Very unacceptable and I will have to cancel my care because I can't trust a place who is not transparent with my care. Finally got my records...sad to see how quickly all of that could have been done.

I love this place. Office is super helpful for scheduling and payments. I do all my appointments online. My counselor Raymund Begaye is always professional and helpful, and offers different therapies including talk therapy and EMDR. Counseling with Ray has improved my quality of life and ability to handle, and enjoy (!), my life.
