He increased my stem cells by $1000 and blamed the front desk of it. He did not do any bloodwork or any medical tests before the stem cell injection now 5 months later I see zero results. To me I paid $10k to get what? snake oil.m? i complained to him and did not respond. So beware.

First I will say that Dr. Williams is a very kind-hearted doctor. When I first started seeing him for TRT I was given a specific quote about how much it would cost to obtain a prescription from him. After taking my initial 90-day treatment and seeing the positive results, I went back and was told by his assistant Mary, that the price had practically doubled. I agreed to the price because of Dr. Williams’ personable demeanor, as he sincerely appeared to care about helping me, as well as I live 2 hrs away and didn’t have time to go searching for another Dr. I then later had a procedure to inject my own stem cells, and at one point his assistant, Mary, was brought-in and injected one area of my body, causing excruciating pain, compared to the other side of my body that Dr. Williams had injected himself. I didn’t know Mary was a board-certified professional, licensed to perform medical procedures. Maybe she is. When they AGAIN increased my fee for my TRT prescription, I was done. I found another Dr. in San Antonio who charges less for his prescription fees and gives a military discount. Dr. Williams needs a better team around him and needs to stop with the bait and switch routine with his prescription fees. It is simply unprofessional.

Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor who showed compassion, spent time explaining the procedures, and my experience was outstanding. In fact, a month after, I have already experienced tremendous outcomes with stem cell therapy. Further, his staff, are licensed and/or appropriately trained to administer their other available services that his office provides. Side Note: As for the ignorant comments listed below, most people get the price of any medical procedures required and/or desired beforehand no matter where you have previously located. Additionally, Dr. William's personality is also falsely described below; is out of his character, especially that I have ALL positive interactions. Please know without proof, it could be legally considered "Slander". People are deeply confused if they rate Dr. Williams anything less than "5" Stars. Seeing is believing, as documentation beats conversation! I am living prove that he has helped save my life and bring back a multitude of positive things in creating a better way of lifestyle.
