Absolutely loved this experience! I went to Goode Sports Medicine & Wellness with five of my friends and it was honestly the perfect reset with my girls. From start to finish, everything was amazing. I had my stretch session with Lycia, and WOW — she stretched me out so good. Super attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I walked out feeling loose, refreshed, and aligned. Zyah assisted us with the compressions and master resets, and she was superrrrr informative. She explained everything we were doing, why it mattered, and even took the time to tell us about other services they offer. I loved that nothing felt rushed or confusing. The energy was welcoming, relaxing, and professional — such a great environment for recovery, wellness, and self-care. Highly recommend for individuals and groups. We’ll definitely be back!

New shoulders….AGAIN!! So…I’ve been coming regularly for my chronic shoulder pain and getting treated with the Neubie…but today my baby added an assisted stretch to my services. That was my first time getting a stretch. Zyah was amazing and she truly helped enhance and expedite my recovery process - since I workout regularly. I will defuse this service to future recovery visits. Give it a try today…you won’t be disappointed!

Ms. Goode gives incredible massages that leave you feeling brand new, and Zyah provides the best assisted stretches in all of the 7 cities — hands down. I always look forward to my visits and the great conversations we have. This is an amazing, women-owned business that genuinely cares about their clients. Highly recommend!
