I am so glad to have Dr. Hoff in town! It is sadly difficult for women to find proper hormonal and menopausal care and support. Thankfully, Dr. Hoff is knowledgeable, available, and committed to helping women feel better while optimizing their health. I have personally benefitted from his expertise - going from a woman who felt frustrated, brain-fogged, and frumpy back to my former driven, athletic and hopeful self. I've been working with Dr. Hoff for several months, and I've noticed real improvements in how I feel. My mental clarity is better, my running speed has improved, and I'm sleeping more comfortable without the hot flashes and night sweats I used to have. My energy and mood are both much better, and I feel more balanced than I have in a long time. I'm still fairly new to hormone therapy, but so far, I'm very encouraged by the changes I'm seeing.
