My son said the staff are all very nice. Thank you for that. However, he said he didn’t notice much improvement after his treatments. Quite pricey for what you’re getting. I also heard about an unlimited monthly plan, but that wasn’t explained to me :( We purchased 6 sessions for $299 and that only lasted 2 days. The 3 minute cryo is $50 and he said that was the least helpful for his hip soreness. I had high hopes as his coach recommended it. I might try it again with an unlimited plan.

If you ever want to treat yourself to the most luxurious medial massage, you must book an appointment with Stephanie! She does an incredible job helping relieve pain through her skillful treatment of everything that pains you! I love her!

Did floatation therapy for recovery and stress relief and it was amazing! Lost like there was no concept of time and felt great afterwards! Definitely recommend for stress relief and recovery
