My Experience at Optimal Health & Wellness Center: From my initial visit in the spring of this year up to the present, my journey at the Optimal Health & Wellness Center has been nothing short of extraordinary. I am deeply grateful to Almighty God for guiding me to this place, where I have received a level of care and consideration unlike anything I have experienced before. Exceptional Care from Colene Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C and SPELIALIZE IN HRT AND WEIGHTLOSS: My practitioner, Colene Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, who specializes in HRT and weight loss, has truly been an answer to my prayers. I am so thankful to Almighty God for leading me here.  Her approach to patient care stands out for its professionalism and expertise, surpassing any medical consultant I have previously encountered. Colene provided clear guidance throughout every step of my treatment, thoroughly explaining what I could expect and drawing on her impressive knowledge within her specialty. Her understanding went far beyond that of other experts in her field that I have experienced. She is truly amazing! Personalized Attention and Support: Colene Smith treated me with the utmost warmth, making me feel not only like a valued patient but also like family. I found Colene Smith from a friend (I had seen her in another practice for years before) and so grateful to have reconnected with her to assist in my HRT journey. I could never have imagined what a game changer her expertise and direction would make in how I feel today compared to last July when I met with her for the 1st time at Optimal Health and Wellness. She cares! She listens to you and she advises you with the best path forward. She is spot on with her knowledge and I am so glad to have found her ( again) to get me to where I am today!

I feel heard and seen at Optimal Health & Wellness Center. Colene listens to my concerns and we work together on solutions until I feel like myself again. Colene has me feeling human again and assured me my symptoms were not in my head. She has helped me regulate my hormones with BHRT and helped optimize my thyroid as well.
