I recently had an appointment at the Men’s Wellness Center and wanted to share my experience in a clear, factual way for other men who are researching their options. First, the positives: After my visit, the clinic reached out to me directly to discuss my concerns. They acknowledged that my experience did not reflect the level of care they aim for and expressed disappointment that things weren’t handled better. I appreciated the follow-up and the professionalism of the phone call. They also followed through by calling me with my estrogen lab result the next day. My concerns: During my appointment, I felt that some of the more specialized concerns I raised—such as issues related to LH suppression and interest in treatments like HCG—were not addressed. The focus stayed mainly on testosterone and estrogen blockers, which may be ideal for some patients, but was not the level of individualized treatment approach I was hoping for. The biggest surprise was the pricing structure. Before the visit I was told to expect a cost around $150–$250 per month, but the actual offer was a year-long program paid entirely upfront, totaling around $2,900 (and higher if additional treatments are included). This wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and it’s something I think future patients should be aware of. Final thoughts: What they offer may be a good fit for some men, especially those looking for a structured, all-in-one TRT program. The team was polite, and they did follow up after my visit to address my concerns. However, due to the upfront cost and because my specific goals weren’t fully explored during the appointment, I decided to look into other treatment options. There are multiple avenues for men seeking hormone therapy, so it’s worth comparing different models before committing to a full-year package. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

My experience was awesome. Eric R. was great and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to where it made sense to me. They make you feel comfortable and not afraid to share personal experience. Would highly recommend.
