I have been seeing Dr. Cooper since April of 2023 for various problems. Dr. Cooper is hands down the best provider I have seen. I began seeing her due to lupus issues, hair loss, and weight loss problems due to lupus flares and the lupus medicine. She ran me through tests that specialists and my regular doctors never even considered. In September 2024 Dr. Cooper began me on medicines to try to make my hair regrow. The hair loss and weight gain was destroying my life because I was so embarrassed to go outside. Since May of 2023 I have lost 55 pounds, and since we began the new hair treatments in September of 2024 I now have a ton of new growth. My best friend referred me to Dr. Cooper and Dr. Cooper is now my #1 most trusted provider and the go to for referrals for others. Dr. Cooper has changed my life and restored my confidence. There is no one I recommend more than Dr. Cooper to my friends and family. I strongly suggest you see her. Dr. Cooper thinks outside of the box for solutions and to figure out problems, she is kind, and compassionate. She is a one in a trillion.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ashley Cooper's since Day 1 (when she started her business in Bellevue). I rely on her 100% for my women's health & hormone needs, and she's been an incredible partner. Fantastic listener, always going the extra mile to explore the latest, most cutting edge therapies. Offers cost-effective treatments, battles insurance companies to overcome roadblocks. Her bedside manner is second to none and I trust her implicitly to keep me healthy. I've been working with naturopaths in WA for 18+ years and I consider Dr. Cooper the very best.

I waited until 6 months after the fact to write this review on the off-chance Dr. Cooper would contact me in the interim. I'd have taken being blown off personally, but she had contacted me Oct '23, a few months before my yearly appt to apologize for not returning my messages and causing me an $90 unnecessary expense with my prescriptions. We had a great talk, and it was then that we made a plan to be in touch in January '24 for my February yearly appointment. That was the last time we ever spoke. A long-term patient, I was with her since she first began at Waterfront in 2021. Come January, I tried to set my yearly appt and get my labs ordered over the course of a month, through calls with staff who said they personally informed her, emails, message portal, and finally a note on her office door. All to no avail. I had no choice but to find a new naturopath ASAP. It turned out my hormone levels were way off, I now save literally half the money I was paying on labs, appointment cost with my new naturopath is also nearly half, and, I didn't know I could get double the dosage for prescriptions at regular dosage pricing! Overall I'm feeling much better on the upgraded protocol and looking back, I'm grateful it actually ended up working out for the best, both cost and health-wise. But it's still never a good feeling to be completely ghosted like that.
