Over the last few months of working with Mandy, I have felt a huge shift, both internally and externally. Even though my initial goals were fairly vague and hard to pin down, Mandy helped me explore my mind to find the exact beliefs that had been holding me back from becoming the best version of myself. For reference, I have done a LOT of different "therapies" over the years - talk therapy, group therapy, somatic practices, etc - and the growth that I was able to achieve through this specific process was incredibly unique and powerful.
