I was so depressed and anxious all the time. I was drowning, and I felt defeated. I've been prescribed so many different medications that didn't work for me. Then, I decided to try ketamine therapy. After my first treatment, I felt hopeful. I started to engage more in what I was doing without being distracted by worry.
